Really good Breakfast Experience

I stayed for two nights and was delighted by the breakfast setup in the hotel itself. It offered a fantastic variety, including a smoothie in the drinks selection. The meals were made to order, and my full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. The service was efficient and genuinely friendly, particularly from the lovely waitress Runi who always had a smile on her face.

Personal Touch for Kids

I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Birmingham in Walsall with spacious rooms and a great breakfast. However, I noticed the absence of a lift, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Overall, it was a solid experience, especially given the affordability for my group.

While the room itself was decent and featured a good flat-screen TV, I was disappointed by the staff's refusal to provide change for a drink at reception. The icy parking lot was also concerning.
