I found my stay at the Premier Inn Birmingham in Walsall pretty average. While the room itself was decent and featured a good flat-screen TV, I was disappointed by the staff's refusal to provide change for a drink at reception. The icy parking lot was also concerning. On the upside, the hotel offers excellent proximity to local attractions and easy access to transportation, which made my visit to Birmingham smoother.

However, the room I received was smaller and felt a bit grimy, which was disappointing. Overall, I think it's worth considering for its value, but it could use some improvements.
